Outline:
1. Understand the physical characteristics and functions of human beings, and learn how to exercise, nutrition, and rest necessary for physical activity and points to be considered. In addition, re-recognize the factors that harm health (smoking, drinking alcohol, etc.) and acquire the knowledge and wisdom to lead a healthy and bright lifestyle.
