Teaching Method

Outline:
The goal of this course is to improve English conversation skills with a central focus on listening ability. During the class themes from and English conversation text will be employed as the basis for practice of basic listening skills and the ability to respond with appropriate answers.
Style:
A combination of lecture and practicum formats will be employed including but not limited to in-class role playing excercises.
Notice:
The pace at which the class moves through the text materials may be faster or slower than that indicated in the syllabus depening on the actual abilities to understand demonstrated during class sessions.
