This course introduce the foundations of technical drawing, measurement, Control engineering and Manufacturing practice by using milling machine and lathe at training factory to students talking this course. The goals of this course are as follows.
technical drawing:The aim of this course is to help students acquire the drafting the assembly drawing consisting of the Screw, the Nut and the Washer.
Measurement practice:Understanding mechanism of vernier caliper and micro meter. Learning the theory of these apparatus measurement.
Control engineering:Learn and understand of mechanism and motion of the robot, and mean of motion control by computer programming.
Workshop:Learn and understanding those mean of operation of the lathe and milling machines, and how to set up the processing conditions.
Outline:
This course introduces Technical drawing, measurement, Control engineering and Manufacturing practice using Manufacturing practice to students talking this course.
Style:
The first semester (1 credit) : fand the second semester (2 credits), total 3 credits are certified at the end of secound semester.
The first semester :Exercise of basic drawing ( all students)
The second semester : Divide into four groups about 10 students each and the content of this course as Technical drawing, measurement, control engineering and Manufacturing practice. This course rotated in 3 weeks each. The schedule and group lists will show(distribute) for each students at 1st week.
Notice:
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
The first semester: MId-term exam. 8.5% Term-end examination 8.5% and drawing (17%) ,
The second semester:The each course 16.5%X4=66% ( reports only )
The Final grade will be calculated( (The first semester score)+(The second semester scoreX2)) / 3//
