概要:
In this class, students will understand the characteristics of each sport through the acquisition of basic skills and understanding of the rules of various sporting disciplines, with a focus on track and field and soccer. In addition, students will develop cooperative skills and communication skills through sports in their interactions with their peers. Furthermore, students will acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to incorporate sports into their daily lives.
授業の進め方・方法:
Practical classes are conducted mainly on the playing field and in the gymnasium.
Students perform preparatory exercises followed by the main task of the day.
注意点:
A practical test for each discipline will be conducted. In addition, a practical skill evaluation will be conducted in class.
The overall evaluation will be based on 60% for class participation and 40% for practical skills and report assignments.
Students are expected to take good care of their physical condition on a daily basis and come to class in good physical condition. Students are also expected to give due consideration to others and work diligently in class.
The class plan and evaluation methods may be subject to change due to weather and other circumstances.
Students are required to wear the school's PE jersey, T-shirt, and PE shoes during the practical skills class.
Students are required to take safety precautions and to notify the instructor in charge in case of any physical condition.
Students are expected to be interested in current issues related to physical education, sports, and health and hygiene, and to have their own ideas about these issues.
