教育方法等

概要:

英語は国際補助言語として多くの国と地域で言語や文化が異なる人同士をつなぐ働きをしている．より多くの人とのコミュニケーションを行うため，本授業では英語は単に言葉を身につけるだけの科目としてではなく，地球や人間に関わる様々な問題点について考え，知識を深め，批判的に考える力を育て，考えたことを伝える力を伸ばしていく．
〇関連する科目：英語ⅠA（前年度履修），英語ⅢA（次年度履修)

授業の進め方・方法:

第1学年での学習内容をふまえて、４技能を総合的に伸ばすとともに、更に高度な英文を読み進める。テキストに沿って、英語の読解を進めていく。学習をした英語表現を使用しながら、意見や考えをアウトプットする活動も行う。

注意点:

1) 予習をしてくることが大前提である。授業担当が指示した課題は関らず行い授業にのぞむこと。
2) 授業中は英和辞典を必（英英辞典）または電子辞書を毎回持参すること。中学校で使用していたものは不可。高校レベルにふさわしい辞書に限る。
3) 欠席する際は欠席届を提出するなど、出来るだけ事前に対応すること。欠席した授業の内容は、次に登校した日に聞きに来ること。「欠席したので宿題ができません」は通じない。遅刻や無断欠席は減点の対象となる。
