Style:
The aim of the class is to promote physical skills, such as the acquisition of basic individual skills in various sports, and the harmony of mind and body, such as fairness, cooperation, and responsibility, by learning mainly on collective sports. In addition, one of the aims of the class is to recognize the physical and motor abilities of oneself based on the results of the physical strength test and to understand the importance of exercising regularly to enhance those abilities.
Notice:
Participate in the class with the decided clothes. In rainy weather, be prepared to wear slippers.
For long-term visits due to physical conditions such as illness or injury, submit a medical certificate in advance.
It is important to acquire the basic skills of competitions learned in class. Understand the rules. It is also important to attend classes and work actively because exercising regularly leads to maintaining and improving physical fitness. For this reason, the status of attendance and attitude toward classes are also evaluated.
