The aim of the class is to promote physical skills, such as the acquisition of basic individual skills in various sports, and the harmony of mind and body, such as fairness, cooperation, and responsibility, by learning mainly on collective sports. In addition, one of the aims of the class is to recognize the physical and motor abilities of oneself based on the results of the physical strength test and to understand the importance of exercising regularly to enhance those abilities.
