Style:
The primary objective is to master the basic skills of hard court tennis and to take part in the games as areferee and player while observing rules.
Since hard court tennis is considered as a lifelong sport, this lesson is aimed to understand that performing regular physical exercise prevents the decrease of muscular strength and physical strength.
It is also the object of the lesson to experience new sports that the students have neverplayed and to understand the fact that flying disc competitions also take place.
Notice:
To understand the rules of practicing sports well, students will be allowed tio take part as the referees and player .
I would like you to understand the importance of regular exercise.
In case of long-term absence due to physical circumstances, submit a medical certificate from your doctor.
If it is raining we will carry out the class in a gymnasium, so bring indoor shoes.
In some years, there are cases where physical fitness tests are conducted.If physical fitness tests are conducted, the flying disks competition will not be conducted.
