1st Quarter
1st Characteristics of FET (field effect transistor) and small signal equivalent circuits Can understand characteristics of FET and small signal equivalent circuits.
2nd FET and bias circuits Can understand types of various basic amplification circuits and bias circuit of FET.
3rd Amplification of small signals - AC amplifiers Can understand standard AC amplifiers by small signal equivalent circuit.
4th Input/output impedance Can analyze input / output impedance of amplifier by small signal equivalent circuit.
5th Frequency characteristics of amplifier circuits (low frequency region) Can understand effects of coupling capacitors and bypass capacitors on frequency characteristics.
6th Frequency characteristics of amplifier circuits (high frequency region) Can understand relationship between parasitic capacitance of transistors and high frequency characteristics of amplifiers.
7th Multistage amplifier circuits Can understand characteristics of multistage amplifiers using CR coupling.
