Course Objectives
1. Introduce the essential elements of the TOEIC test.
2. Introduce "Test-taking Strategies" for each section of the TOEIC test (8 parts).
3. Introduce useful words, collocations and expressions related to the TOEIC test.
4. Through in-class TOEIC explanations, strategies, activities, and TOEIC material-focused examinations, help students can the test with confidence.

Teaching Method
Outline:
To introduce the TOEIC test; the structure, contents and test-taking strategies. Through weekly practice tests, targeted word quizes and useful test taking strategies for each section, students will be able to take the TOEIC test with confidence.
Style:
teacher-student lecture format, pair-work, group-work format, computer-assisted learning.
Notice:
Homework must be submitted by the deadline.
If you are absent on the day of a test (ALL tests included), please provide a doctor's note in order to do a make-up test. Make-up tests will be given only ONCE.
