Teaching Method

Outline:
1.With improvement for the basicphysical fitness, developping self-manegement-skills to releaze and get into own trim.
2. Developping behavior to consider and cooperate each other.
Style:
Hayashi and Ohashi take charge of gymnastics & dance sessions, softball sessions, soccer sessions and Badminton sessions.
Notice:
Promotion for safety counterplan.
As a result is under 60 points, student can make-up a resit by an application. If a result of resit is filled with established stanndard, an estimation becomes 60 points.

Course Plan

Theme Goals
1st Semester
1st Quarter

Orientation & 3rd Fitness Test
We take an explanation of the syllabuse and take fitness test.
2nd
3rd Fitness Test
We understand the method of fitness tests and take these. Then we estimate own fitness level and know own fitness levels.
3rd Gymnastics & Dance(1) We learn about correct movements of Radio gymnastics and challenge them. We make groups(3-10persons) and choose music for making dance performance.
4th Gymnastics & Dance(2)
We perform Radio gymnastics with more precision. We think and practice dance composition for completing dance performance.
5th Gymnastics & Dance(3)
We have a test of Radio gymnastics. We think and practice dance composition and make constitution of dance performances.
6th Gymnastics & Dance(4)
We learn about apparatus gymnastics and practice. We practice hard for making beautiful dance performances.
7th Gymnastics & Dance(5)
We practice apparatus gymnastics attractively.
8th Gymnastics & Dance(6)
We have a test of apparatus gymnastics.
2nd Quarter
9th Softball(1)
We reliably throw and catch with overhand throwing through catch ball. We hit the ball with tee batting.
10th Softball(2)
We move quickly in the direction the ball comes and catch a ball with both hands. We hit the ball reliably with toss batting.
11th Softball(3)
We pitch with standard motion. We catch and throw infield ground balls.
12th Softball(4)
We understand the rules via practicing tee ball-games.
13th Softball(5)
Team decide tactics such as defense and batting order, and organize games by themselves.

We have a practical test. Through the games, we hear the opinions of others and form consensus.

We understand and practice stroke and shot of badminton, drive, hair-pin and clear.

We understand and practice stroke and shot of badminton, drive, hair-pin, clear, drop, smash and serves .

We understand the rules of badminton singles-games during playing on half coat singles games.
