Course Objectives

To get accustomed to the expression in the ships, ports, and the seas.To bridge the gap between casual conversatiion and maritime English. To memorize the technical terms around their marine office.

Tutor will devise most of the topics used for individual, pair and group activities as well as interpretation and presentations.
Style:
Tutor will create, guide, facilitate and evaluate student, pair, group activities. Students must actively participate in all activities such as listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Notice:
・Bring your own dictionary (English-Japanese).
・Take a weekly quiz and must retest if failed. The passing score is 60%.
・Can take makeup exam in need aid up to maximum of 60 points
