Evaluation 1 Be able to participate positively in onboard training.	Preliminary training was held and I was able to actively participate in onboard training. Evaluation 2 Be able to act on a group-by-group basis.	I gathered the group and got aggressive onboard training.	I was able to do actions by group, and I was able to practice without disturbing team work.	I could not do group behavior. I bothered group members.
Evaluation 3 Danger prediction can be done in practical training inside the engine room and you can practice safely.	We were able to secure sufficient safety and to conduct safe training.	Danger prediction was possible and safe training was available.	I could not predict danger and there was dangerous behavior.

Teaching Method

・Learn how to operate and manage through actual equipment.
・Remember the name and usage of equipment inside the engine room.
・Increase the qualities as an engineer.

Style:

・Board the training ship "Wakashio Maru", to live in a two-day ship.
・Lecture, perform training, to learn the practice.

・As a general rule, get on board, comprehensively evaluate in tasks, reports and disembark tests.
