Assigned Department Objectives
Teaching Method
Outline:
An objective of this course is that students obtain basic knowledge about electronic control system not only for management to the present electronic control engine on the ship but for adaption to an automatic vessel navigation control system to be spread in the future. They have to understand component elements in a basic electronic control system, block diagrams, transfer functions in basic elements and Laplace transform. With these knowledge, they are also expected to analyze a first order lag system.
Style:
Course study composes lectures, exercises and quizzes
Notice:
The student with less than in 60 points of evaluations can take a ratification examination by application. The student who passed an examination can get 60 points. I evaluate a result of the regular examination(70%) and exercises(30%).
