Course Objectives

(1) Students will be able to understand steam turbine plant, which is adopted as marine propulsion plant and/or onshore power generation plant.
(2) Students will be able to understand automatic control sysytem on marine boiler plant, which is adopted as marine propulsion plant and/or onshore power generation plant.

(2) Students will be able to understand the working principles and outline of marine steam turbines.
(3) Students will be able to understand the operation of the marine steam turbine plant.
(4) Students will be able to understand the outline and operation of automatic control systems adopted for marine boilers.

3rd Development of steam turbine Students will be understand the outline of steam turbine plant.
4th Development of steam turbine Students will be understand the outline of steam turbine plant, which are adopted present plant.
5th Development of steam turbine Students will be understand the invention of steam turbine and its prototype.

12th Automatic control system of marine boiler. Students will be understand the operation of pneumatic diaphragm.
13th Automatic control system of marine boiler. Students will be understand the operation of valve positioner.
14th Automatic control system of marine boiler. Students will be understand the of misuseronous epuipments.
15th Automatic control system of marine boiler. Review of the lectures.
