教育方法等
概要:
Through reading comprehension, speeches, and online learning, students will improve the four English skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. They will also practice English grammar using a workbook.
授業の進め方・方法:
【Class Format】
- Classes will be conducted in a seminar format. Special emphasis is placed on reading comprehension and grammar work.
- Assignments, quizzes, and presentations will be given regularly.
【Study Method】
- Prepare for everything you are required to do in advance.
- Review using textbooks, dictionaries, reference books, etc.
- Regularly study independently using online materials.
Students must bring a dictionary to class.
For review, students should practice reading aloud regularly.

【Grading】
There will be two regular exams (each 50 minutes).
Grades are based on:
- average of the two exams (40%)
- quizzes, assignments, presentations, and exercises (60%) *Your scores will only be assessed if all tasks are completed 100%.
Evaluation considers:
- improvement required based on both active participation in class and the course objectives
- understanding English and ability to use English based on the course objectives
Re-evaluation will be based on the results of the re-examination and assignments using the same evaluation methods and criteria.
