Teaching Method

Outline:
The objective of this course is to find and acquire the basic knowledge and vocabulary necessary to participate in our school's science/math and specialized subjects classes, and to be able to use the acquired knowledge in practice. In addition, the lessons are aimed at acquiring science/math and engineering vocabulary, and improving Japanese reading comprehension, through reading and comprehending short writings on physics and mathematics.
Style:
To support the acquisition of science/math and engineering vocabulary, students will bring some words they have gathered in their everyday lives to every class and make their own vocabulary lists.
Notice:
As the course will use the level of Japanese necessary to take classes at a KOSEN, students will be required to make the effort to fully understand and memorize what they learn in each class.
