2) Be able to express yourself in different situations using conversational expressions and understand what other people mean.
3) Understand language, respond and ask questions and build vocabulary to improve TOEIC scores.
概要:
Help beginners gain further confidence in communicating in English. Learn vocabulary, grammar and useful phrases/expressions to use English to communicate personal thoughts, ideas and opinions. Become familiar with the TOEIC test and learn vocabulary and tips and tricks to improve scores.
授業の進め方・方法:
In class, be able to speak and talk freely as much as possible. Feel comfortable and confident in asking questions and gain confidence to converse with people from any background.
There will be 1 oral test, at the end of the course worth 40%. There will be a mid semester written test 30%. There will also be 6 mini tests and 4 homework exercises worth 30% (3% each).

Gain an enjoyment and appreciation for other cultures and speaking English. Have fun and learn about the world and find out about how you can use English in the future.
