Course Objectives

Learning purpose:
To research the purpose, function and structure of ICT systems utilized in society today, and to learn the new ways ICT systems are being used by acquiring basic knowledge of them.

Course Objective:
1. To understand the purpose, function and structure of ICT systems utilized in society today.
2. To understand what is needed for the new ways in which ICT systems are being used.

Course outline:
Research the system using the ICT every groups, and classes while explaining this to the students.
Also, learn the schema of the information and communications network basic technology and the communication service, understand the necessary thing for the new manner of utilization of ICT system.
Style:
Course method:
Discuss fully in a group, and explain investigation results and discussion. When the student is explaining, show concrete examples and technologies that underlie the ICT system.

Grade evaluation method:
Twice regular exams(40%)+Investigation and Presentation(60%)
As a general rule, retaking exams isn't allowed, but may be permitted depending on the situation. After retaking of exams, the score at the end of the second semester will carry a potential to be altered.

Precautions on the enrollment:
Students must take this class (no more than one-third of the required class hours missed) to complete the 4th-year course.

Course advice:
Review information and communications systems learned between 1st and 3rd year.
