Course outline : Students will develop a rich perspective and way of thinking while interpreting and appreciating outstanding works of literature. This year's class will deal with Orwell's Animal Farm. We will experience a narrative yet pseudo-social structure and reflect on a microcosm of the world.
Style:
Course method : This is a second semester course. The class will consist of lectures and works, but also reading the works in turn, summarizing their contents, and presenting them. The students are required to summarize the problems and themes of the works.

Grade evaluation method : Assignments (25%), quizzes (25%), group presentations (30%), and peer evaluations (20%). There will be no regular exam.

Precautions on the enrollment :
Students must take this class (no more than one-third of the required number of class hours missed) in order to complete the 4th year course.
   This is a "class that requires study outside of class hours". Classes are offered for 15 hours per credit, but 30 credit hours are required in addition to this. Follow the instructions of your instructor for these studies.

Course advice : Try to read and formulate your own opinions and ideas on a regular basis.
