教育方法等

概要:
Anan City, where Anan National College of Technology is located, has experienced various disasters in the 20 years since you were born. In the future, many disasters are predicted to occur in combination, such as a huge Nankai Trough earthquake, tsunami disaster, liquefaction, landslide disaster, flooding of the Nagawa River and Kuwano River, and inland water flooding.
The purpose of this course is to predict disasters that you may be affected by in the future and to enhance your disaster preparedness.
First, most of the problems that occur after a disaster are often accelerated problems that already existed before the disaster. The class will start by finding out the current problems in Anan City and your own problems.
We encourage you to learn more about Anan City and how to cope with possible disasters by combining existing spatial design methods from architecture, civil engineering, and urban planning with new ideas from other disciplines.
授業の進め方・方法:
Weeks 2-5 will consist of video lectures on disaster prevention and pre-disaster recovery, followed by group discussion and research, and a presentation at the end of the class.
Weeks 6-10: Exercises using construction DX tools.
From 11 to 13 weeks, a workshop will be held for local residents to understand their awareness of disasters.
The final submission will be an A3 poster presentation.
