Teaching Method
Outline:
The goal of this course is to comprehensively learn about policy responses to environmental issues, and to be able to understand and explain the overall picture.
Style:
In the class, we will first provide an overview of the characteristics of environmental policy and learn about the philosophy of environmental policy from the perspective of environmental ethics.Next, understand the trends in environmental courts.Based on this, students will examine various methods of environmental policy based on the Basic Environmental Law in order and acquire the ability to explain them holistically.

Take this course while thinking about environmental conservation and creation in relation to the entire social system.
