Cybersecurity is a fast-changing and not well-organized field. This field has been emerging and closely related to recent and future computer systems.
This subject covers important items, "Confidentiality", "Integrity", and "Availability", in cybersecurity field.
In this lecture, the achievement objective is to be able to explain the theoretical and technical background of cybersecurity, starting with risk management in cybersecurity.
This subject covers the objectives in the model core curriculum as follows:

概要:
Cybersecurity is a fast-changing field, and the topics covered are fundamental and theoretical to dealing with cybersecurity.
It mainly touches on the theoretical background and topics that can be dealt with in classroom lectures.
授業の進め方・方法:
We conduct this subject in form of lectures. We provide time for exercises and homework assignments, and groupwork.
Knowledge in mathematics is required to catch up some part of the subject.
注意点:
Homework assignments and the result(s) of each groupwork are required to be submitted by the due date.
Submission delay may lead to the reduction of the homework assignment score.
If you can't get credit of this subject, the responsible teacher may have an opportunity to take an exam of "Re-evaluation of total score".
The exam covers all of the area that we taught in the subject and overrides the score of all exams if the score of re-evaluation is better than them.
This lecture is provided by a teacher who had worked for cybersecurity and privacy protection at a company.
