Information and communication technologies have developed and spread along with networking and have become the foundation of our present comfortable life. In this class, the students will learn four element technologies: (1) computers, (2) information systems, (3) digital wireless communication systems, and (4) optical fiber communication systems. The objective is to understand the handling of data and signals in each of these technologies.

概要:
In this class, the students will understand computers, information systems, and wireless and wired communication technologies that are essential in the information and communication society.
授業の進め方・方法:
Textbooks (and reference books if necessary) will be presented, and the study contents will be explained. Materials will also be used to deepen the students' understanding through practical training.
(1) Lectures and exercises on computers.
(2) Lectures and exercises on information systems.
(3) Lectures on digital wireless communication technologies.
(4) Lectures on optical-fiber communication technologies and report assignments during the lectures.
注意点:
The class is taught by three instructors in an omnibus style, and the students should follow the instructions of the instructor in charge of each lecture.
The students are required to download the prepared lecture materials before the lectures and to attend the class (without omission). Details will be noticed at a later date.
